We install resin driveways in Pinner that look sharp, drain freely and stay that way: the right base, UV-stable resin, clean-dried aggregate and a hand-trowelled finish.
Pinner has a village feel, from the timber-framed buildings on the High Street to the Metroland semis and detached houses around Pinner Hill, Pinner Green and Hatch End. We lay resin driveways in Pinner that respect that character while giving homeowners practical, weed-free parking. Our team works on roads near Pinner Memorial Park, along Waxwell Lane and Paines Lane, and throughout HA5, choosing aggregate blends that sit naturally beside red brick and render.
As resin bound driveway installers, we coat every stone in UV-stable resin and trowel the mix onto an open-grade tarmac or concrete base. The result is permeable and SuDS compliant, important on Pinner's London clay. We overlay sound surfaces where possible and add brick or granite edging. We are FMB, TrustMark, VUBA and Guild of Master Craftsmen accredited, fully insured and guarantee every installation.
Most of our resin work comes from recommendations. Here is what customers say about us.

Resin works on drives, paths, patios and steps. These are the resin surfaces we install most often.
Aggregate and resin mixed and trowelled to a smooth, porous finish that is SuDS compliant and kind to tyres and feet.
A textured, scatter-coat finish for paths and low-traffic areas where a grippy surface matters more than drainage.
A sound existing surface can often be cleaned, repaired and overlaid, saving the cost of a full dig-out.
Matching paths, patios and steps that tie the front and back garden together in one seamless finish.
Natural stone blends, contrasting borders and inset patterns, with samples brought to your survey.
Smooth, joint-free resin for level thresholds, ramps and buggy, wheelchair and wheelie-bin access.

A properly mixed and laid resin bound surface resists cracking, frost and everyday car traffic for many years.
No loose stones, no joints for weeds. A regular brush and an occasional wash keep it looking new.
Curves, borders, steps and patterns, in a wide choice of natural aggregate colours to match any home.
Resin bound is fully permeable, so rainwater drains through and the drive meets SuDS requirements.
A firm, slip-resistant, level surface with no loose gravel, ideal for children, older visitors and wheelchairs.
Most resin drives are laid in days, and you can usually walk on them within hours of finishing.

Call 020 8226 5062In Pinner, the cost depends on drive size, how much clay and old surface we dig out, and whether existing tarmac can be overlaid. Conservation streets may call for particular edging or aggregate colours, and keeping walls or planting can shape the layout. Larger detached plots around Pinner Hill add area. The names sound alike, but the two systems behave very differently. This is what matters when you choose.

Ask us at a free surveyPinner has several conservation areas, including Pinner High Street, Pinnerwood Park Estate, Waxwell Lane and East End Farm Cottages. Some, such as Pinnerwood Park, have Article 4 directions that limit changes to front gardens and boundaries, so we check before designing a drive. Elsewhere, Metroland semis and detached homes often have front gardens with mature planting and low walls, and many owners want to keep some greenery alongside parking. London clay is the main ground type, so drainage and a stable open-grade base are essential, with falls set to keep water off the pavement. Harrow Council handles planning and dropped kerb applications across Pinner, including Hatch End.
We also cover these nearby areas with the same team and the same guarantees.
Resin is only as good as the base and the mix. This is how our team makes sure yours lasts.
We check the existing surface, levels and drainage and show you aggregate samples on site.

Straight answers to the questions Pinner customers ask us most. If yours is not here, call us.
Yes. Water drains straight through a resin bound surface into the base below, so it is SuDS compliant and usually meets the permeable front garden rules without planning permission.
It depends on the area. A permeable resin bound driveway is normally permitted development, but Pinner's conservation areas, especially Pinnerwood Park Estate with its Article 4 direction, can remove those rights for front gardens and boundary walls. In that case you may need consent from Harrow Council. A new dropped kerb always needs council approval. We check your address and advise before quoting.
Often, yes. If your tarmac or concrete is sound, stable and drains well, we can repair and clean it and lay resin on top. If it is cracked or sinking, a new base is the better long-term choice.
Laid on a proper base with UV-stable resin, a resin bound driveway should last many years with simple care: regular sweeping and an occasional wash.
You can usually walk on it within a few hours and drive on it after a day or two, depending on the weather. We confirm timings on the day.
We use UV-stable resin, which resists yellowing in sunlight. Oil and fuel spills should be cleaned up quickly, as with any driveway surface.
