We install resin driveways in Ruislip that look sharp, drain freely and stay that way: the right base, UV-stable resin, clean-dried aggregate and a hand-trowelled finish.
Ruislip's Metroland roads, laid out between the wars around Ruislip Manor and South Ruislip, have front gardens that suit a neat resin finish. We lay resin driveways in Ruislip across HA4, from the old village near Manor Farm and St Martin's Church to the streets around Ruislip Lido, Ruislip Woods and Ruislip Gardens. Our team designs each drive to add practical parking while keeping the tidy, leafy look these suburbs are known for.
Each Ruislip resin driveway we install is resin bound, using UV-stable resin and graded aggregate over an open-grade tarmac or concrete base. Water drains straight through, which helps on London clay. Where a drive is still level and sound, we overlay it. Edging in brick, granite or steel gives clean lines. We are fully insured, guarantee all work and are accredited by FMB, TrustMark, VUBA and the Guild of Master Craftsmen.
Most of our resin work comes from recommendations. Here is what customers say about us.

Resin works on drives, paths, patios and steps. These are the resin surfaces we install most often.
Aggregate and resin mixed and trowelled to a smooth, porous finish that is SuDS compliant and kind to tyres and feet.
A textured, scatter-coat finish for paths and low-traffic areas where a grippy surface matters more than drainage.
A sound existing surface can often be cleaned, repaired and overlaid, saving the cost of a full dig-out.
Matching paths, patios and steps that tie the front and back garden together in one seamless finish.
Natural stone blends, contrasting borders and inset patterns, with samples brought to your survey.
Smooth, joint-free resin for level thresholds, ramps and buggy, wheelchair and wheelie-bin access.

A properly mixed and laid resin bound surface resists cracking, frost and everyday car traffic for many years.
No loose stones, no joints for weeds. A regular brush and an occasional wash keep it looking new.
Curves, borders, steps and patterns, in a wide choice of natural aggregate colours to match any home.
Resin bound is fully permeable, so rainwater drains through and the drive meets SuDS requirements.
A firm, slip-resistant, level surface with no loose gravel, ideal for children, older visitors and wheelchairs.
Most resin drives are laid in days, and you can usually walk on them within hours of finishing.

Call 01895 875062In Ruislip, cost depends on drive size, removing old paving or lawn, and building a stable base on London clay. Verges, street trees and kerb position can affect layout, and conservation area frontages may suit specific edging or aggregate colours. Overlaying a sound tarmac or concrete drive reduces groundwork. Every quote is fixed and written after a free survey, so you know the price upfront. Call us on 01895 875062 to book a free survey.

The names sound alike, but the two systems behave very differently. This is what matters when you choose.
Permeable resin boundNot sure which system you need?
Ask us at a free surveyRuislip Village is a conservation area, centred on the High Street, St Martin's Church and Manor Farm, and frontages there need a sympathetic finish. Other parts of Ruislip are mostly interwar semis and detached homes with front gardens around 6 metres deep, often with grass verges and street trees outside. Hillingdon Council considers trees and verges when assessing dropped kerbs, so we look at kerb position early. The area sits on London clay, so drainage and a firm base matter. Roads near the Pinn and Yeading Brook can be wetter. A permeable resin bound drive avoids planning permission for front gardens over 5 m².
We also cover these nearby areas with the same team and the same guarantees.
Resin is only as good as the base and the mix. This is how our team makes sure yours lasts.

Straight answers to the questions Ruislip customers ask us most. If yours is not here, call us.
Yes. Water drains straight through a resin bound surface into the base below, so it is SuDS compliant and usually meets the permeable front garden rules without planning permission.
Often, but it depends. Hillingdon Council assesses each crossover application and looks at grass verges, street trees, lamp posts and road safety. Some verges can be crossed, but a mature street tree close to the proposed kerb can lead to refusal or a change of position. We look at your frontage during the survey and design the resin driveway to give the best chance of approval.
Often, yes. If your tarmac or concrete is sound, stable and drains well, we can repair and clean it and lay resin on top. If it is cracked or sinking, a new base is the better long-term choice.
Laid on a proper base with UV-stable resin, a resin bound driveway should last many years with simple care: regular sweeping and an occasional wash.
You can usually walk on it within a few hours and drive on it after a day or two, depending on the weather. We confirm timings on the day.
We use UV-stable resin, which resists yellowing in sunlight. Oil and fuel spills should be cleaned up quickly, as with any driveway surface.
